Which Mario Kart 8 key works in my country?

How do I activate a Mario Kart 8 key?
Mario Kart 8 is offered as Switch. After payment the code arrives by e-mail or in your store account. Activate Steam keys in the Steam client via Add a Game → Activate a Product on Steam, Xbox and PlayStation codes in their stores and Ubisoft Connect keys in the Ubisoft app. The exact steps are in the product description.
