Claims
In case of a non-working key, wrong region or another digital product defect, the customer may submit a claim through the contact channel listed on the website.
For a claim, provide the order number, purchase e-mail, game title, platform and a description of the problem including a screenshot of the error message.
A registered customer can also find the order in the My purchases section of the profile.
If the defect is confirmed, the customer will be offered a fix, replacement key or an appropriate solution based on the nature of the defect.
